B Sai Praneeth and Shrikant both beat their opponent in the semifinal match to set up a dream clash for the Superseries title. Sai Parenetth continued his brilliant form in this match also and beat Lee Dong-Keun of Korea and in the other match, Srikant won his match against Anthony Sinisuka Ginting. He took the second set by 21-8 and reached his first super series final of the career.
In the other match, Kidambi Srikanth was up against Anthony Sinisuk. This match was easier for the Indian superstar as fans expected him to take this game easily and he did not disappoint the fans. He looked aggressive and confident right from the first set. He took the first set by 21-13. In the second set also he played well and did not allow any chance to his opponent to make any comeback in the match. He took the second set by 21-14. The whole match saw the domination of Indian superstar as he forced a lot of mistake from his opponent.
Singapore open would be remembered for a long time as its very rare that two of the Indian Badminton star in the final of any super series. Now, it depends on both the player. The players that would have more hunger and thrust to win the game would take the match.
