The 39-year-old, Mayweather was at ringside in Las Vegas when Pacquiao defeated Jessie Vargas to win the WBO belt on 5th November 2016. According to Arum, there are high chances that fight will take place, so let us see the possible date and venue for the Mayweather vs Pacquiao 2 rematch.
The speculation is going on that the two could do face each other in the ring for their ‘Fight of the Century’. Mayweather announced his retirement in September 2015 while Pacquiao returns to the ring within seven months after the retirement.
Floyd Mayweather has been retired after his unbeaten 49th victory against Andre Berto in 2015 but he admitted recently that he could step into the ring and Pacquiao’s promoter recent comment increases the possibility of a fight.
