IPL is one of the biggest and most followed t20 leauge in the world. Since it’s inaugural season it has attracted many foreign players. There is a large number of foreign player that come in India to be the part of this wonderful journey. There are many changes in the team and the location of the IPL.

There were many hurdles that came in the way of IPL. But what has remained constant is the presence of a few overseas players on every season of the IPL from the start to the end. It is because of these great foreign players that we get to see such a fierce match between the teams.

The main reason why these foreign players come India to take part in this league is the amount of love and support that they get from the fans here is immense. Let’s have look at the 5 foreign players who have played in every season of IPL.

5. Ab de Villers

The superman from South Africa tops the chart. We should be thankful to him that he has played in IPL in all the season as we would have the opportunity to watch this beautiful player playing in India. de Villiers played for the Delhi Daredevils for the first three seasons of the League.

He was picked by the Royal Challengers Bangalore after that and ever since, he has become one of the most adored cricketers in the League. de Villiers has played some of his best innings in T20 cricket for RCB and has made a minimum of 300 runs in each season for the team.

4. Dwayne Bravo

The colourful West Indian all-rounder has featured in every season of the IPL. He began his stint with the Mumbai Indians, for whom he played for three years. He then moved on to the Chennai Super Kings, where in his maiden season for the team, he was a part of a victorious side.  He was picked by the Gujarat Lions in 2016 and he and his side reached the Playoff stage of the competition.

3. Dale Steyn

He started off with the Royal Challengers Bangalore, where he spent three seasons.Then he moved South East to play for the Deccan Chargers, for whom he played two seasons. After the removal of the franchise, Steyn remained in Hyderabad, but joined the Sunrisers this time, for two seasons.Finally, he joined the new team Gujarat Lions ahead of the 2016 season, where he played just the one game for the franchise.

2. Brendon Vacuum

The former New Zealand skipper will always be thankful for giving the IPL the blistering start that it needed, smashing 158 while playing for the Kolkata Knight Riders, in the first match of the IPL.He joined Kochi team after playing for three seasons for KKR. In 2012, he was back with the Knight Riders and was part of the side’s first-ever IPL triumph. He then joined Chennai Super kings in 2013.

After two seasons with the CSK, he moved to the new side Gujarat Lions and made 354 runs in 16 matches last year. In his overall IPL career. McCullum has made 2434 runs in 92 matches that he has played in the IPL so far.

1. Albie Morkel

Albie Morkel is one of the foreign players who has played in every season of IPL. He started his journey by joining the Chennai Super Kings during the 2008 season and remained with the side over the course of the next six season, where he won two titles and a Champions League trophy.

In 2014, Morkel joined Royal Challengers Bangalore and the year after that, he was picked by the Delhi Daredevils. Once again in 2016, Morkel was picked by a new team Rising Pune Supergiants. Overall, Morkel has played 91 matches in his IPL career and scored 974 runs and taken 85 wickets.
