CSA T20 Challenge 2016 Points Table & Results

The CSA T20 Challenge 2016 begins on 12 November 2016 with a double header which is scheduled to take place at Bidvest Wanderers Stadium.  There are total six teams who will battle for the CSA T20 Challenge 2016 title. The title sponsor of T20 Challenge 2016, RAM terminated its contract with the league and the decision due to 2015 Ram Slam T20 Challenge match-fixing case which results in the five players banned. Also, many South African cricketers will be unavailable for the first half of the tournament due to international series but the presence of Kieron Pollard and Kevin Pietersen will bring some attraction to the league. After every win, each team will get 2 points and if match interrupted because of the rain or any other natural calamities then both playing teams will get a 1-1 point. While for the qualifying rounds each team’s Net Run Rate will consider. The top four teams in the CSA T20 Challenge 2016 points table will be qualified to play the Semi-final match.

It will be interesting to see which teams are well prepared for this season because only two teams will reach the final. In T20 format, predictions are most difficult to make but as the tournament will move ahead the picture get better and clear.

The six teams who are participating in the tournament are Titans, Dolphins, Cobras, Warriors, Lions and Knights. They will be taking on each other for the CSA T20 Challenge 2016 title. Titans is the most dominating team in the tournament history. However, Titans are also the defending champions of this season.
