Real Madrid interested in legendary manager to replace Zidane

As per latest reports from Spanish publication AS state that if Real Madrid manager Zidane fails to lead the team to the Champion trophy this season then he could be replaced. Florentino Perez, Real Madrid president has made it clear to Zidane that he need to win the Champions trophy this season or he could pack is bags. He is likely to be replaced by one of the most respected managers in the English premier league Arsene Wenger.

There is also lots of issues going in the Arsenal camp as the fans are not happy with the performance of the team under Arsene Wenger and feel that the side needs a new manager. Wenger was also booed by some sections of the fans yesterday in Arsenal’s 2-2 draw against Manchester City.

After the match, the Arsenal manager said that he is not sure that for how long he is on the side. This statement also adds fire to the rumour. But it is expected that Arsene Wenger will leave the Arsenal side after this season.

He will then look to start the new journey with a new club and what could be better opportunity to start that to coach the best side in the world, Real Madrid.

Wenger is now 67 and is unlikely to coach for a long time but the fact remains that Wenger is an incredibly accomplished manager and he is still among the top managers in world football. Also,  the number of top clubs across Europe like PSG, Barcelona and now even Real Madrid have been linked with his signature.

But for now, both the manager, Wenger, and Zidane will be determined to end this season on a high. Arsenal will be desperate to bounce back from their terrible form and finish in the top 4 to qualify for the Champions league next season, while Real Madrid will be hoping to negotiate a tricky Champions League match against Bayern Munich.
