Spanish (Aragon) MotoGP 2017 Highlights and Race Results

The 14th round of MotoGP 2017 season, Spanish Aragon Grand Prix took place from 22 September to 24 September 2017. The race is scheduled to be held at the Motorland Aragón, Alcañiz. Marc Marquez won the race from fifth on the grid to lead the world championship standings.

The Aragon MotoGP 2017 will start with Friday practise session while the qualifying rounds will take place on Saturday, 23rd  September while Sunday’s MotoGP race will begin on 24th September at the 13.00 UK time. You can watch Spanish Aragon MotoGP 2017 highlights video and race results below.

Honda’s Marc Marquez is leading the title race with 199 points while Andrea Dovizioso is at second spot with same points. The race will decide who will lead the riders championship further.

Marc Marquez won the Aragon MotoGP 2016 and extended his lead in the MotoGP championship ahead of the Jorge Lorenzo and Valentino Rossi. There was a good fight between team-mates Valentino Rossi and Jorge Lorenzo over second place but Lorenzo finished second just before two laps were left. With this win, Marc Marquez finally ended the run of MotoGP’s eight different race winners in a straight row. Below is the complete Spanish Aragon MotoGP highlights & race results.

The Honda rider, who did an early mistake which dropped him down to the fifth position but he battled back and won his fourth race of the season. He now leads drivers championship by 52 points from Valentino Rossi.
